Who Is Lone Pine Geospatial

Chris Anderson is the owner, operator, geospatial analyst, and researcher at Lone Pine Geospatial LLC. He brings extensive UAS (drone) based remote sensing experience to projects spanning forestry, wildfire, ecology, and other natural resource sectors.

With a Master’s degree in Applied Ecology, Chris specializes in using remote sensing to collect critical data that supports client decision-making processes. His portfolio includes extensive data collection for salmon stream restoration and monitoring areas affected by wildfire, backed by years of experience managing the operational aspects of field-based research.

While our foundation is built on environmental and ecological expertise, Lone Pine Geospatial is actively branching out into new industries. We are now applying our advanced high-resolution mapping, 3D modeling, and multispectral analysis capabilities to support the agriculture, construction, and infrastructure management sectors. Our goal is to provide diverse clients with the precise geospatial intelligence needed to optimize operations and drive success across any landscape.

Our Core Values

Ecological Integrity & Scientific Rigor: We believe that high-quality outcomes begin with high-quality data. Our work is rooted in a decade of biological field experience and a master’s degree in Applied Ecology, ensuring that every technical solution, whether for conservation or industry, is grounded in scientific accuracy.

Technological Innovation: We leverage the latest in UAS (drone) technology, GIS, and AI to provide insights that were previously impossible to capture. By streamlining complex data workflows, we make high-resolution mapping and 3D modeling more efficient and scalable for projects of any size.

Bridging Perspectives: We specialize in translating complex geospatial data into actionable intelligence. By bridging the gap between field-based research and modern business agendas, we align project-specific goals with broader operational and environmental stewardship objectives.
